About The Position

Andy’s Frozen Custard is rolling out our brand-new Treat Truck, and we’re looking for a motivated Shift Leader to help us deliver smiles (and custard!) across Central Texas. This is your chance to be part of an exciting new project that combines leadership, fun, and the joy of serving the best frozen custard around! What You’ll Do: Lead and motivate a small team during shifts on the Treat Truck Ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service in a mobile environment Manage cash handling, product quality, and daily truck set-up/clean-up Communicate effectively with Regional/General Managers about supplies, scheduling, and events Be the on-site “go-to” person for problem-solving and guest satisfaction

Requirements

Prior leadership or shift-supervisor experience in food service or retail (preferred)
A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, upbeat, and guest-focused attitude
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events (including stadium games and community festivals)
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves
