Purpose of Position: The Treasury Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery, implementation, and ongoing servicing of treasury management products and services. This role works closely with branch teams and business members to understand cash management needs, recommend appropriate treasury solutions, and provide training and support to ensure a positive member experience. The Treasury Specialist helps strengthen member relationships, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and stays informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Must be bondable.
  • Good organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in Treasury Management, commercial banking, or financial services.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred minimum of an Associate's degree (A. A.) in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
