About The Position

Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to supporting applications. Coordinate and communicate resolutions for client implementations of depository/treasury management services. Fulfill requests for online banking setup, user modification, and limit increases in accordance with department procedures. Perform and complete callback processes for online banking setup and modification. Act as the primary liaison between clients and service providers, including Account Analysis applications, online banking, and digital payment channels. Serve as a subject matter expert for Account Analysis, including business deposit volumes, pricing, billing cycles, maintenance, reconcilement, and risk control. Complete necessary changes in Core System and Analysis system for proper syncing of structures. Conduct Account Analysis pricing, proforma review, modifications, and review of submitted forms. Communicate with Relationship Bankers and Managers about deficits, surplus of unused ECR, invoicing, third-party agreements, and modification forms. Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in processing client transactions. Proactively recognize and present appropriate Treasury Management products and services to clients. Participate in meetings and presentations by service providers to gain product knowledge and training.

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of treasury products such as ACH, wires, lockbox, RDC, and fraud prevention services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to treasury management services.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems, online banking platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, compliance, and technology teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with fintech clients and API-driven banking solutions is a plus.
