About The Position

The Treasury Specialist will be part of a team that is responsible for wire transfers, real time payment (RTP) via FedNow and The Clearing House (TCH) along with liquidity cash management operations within Finance and Treasury.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services
• Microsoft Office/Excel
• Attention to Detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ten key touch typing
• High pace environment – multitasking a must
• Knowledge of banking regulations and law, including:
• OFAC
• Regulation D
• Regulation E
• Travelers Rule

Responsibilities

• The Treasury Specialist will support Axos Bank’s Treasury Operations.
• Operations include wire transfers, RTP and be a liaison with co-workers/peers in other lines of business, bank liquidity monitoring, and maintaining compliance with Bank policies and procedures
• Providing clear, complete, and accurate resolutions for inquiries that may require further investigation and problem solving
• Collaboration with other business units to resolve client inquiries
• Process Wire transfers
• Manage real time payments FedNow and The Clearing House (TCH)
• Track Funding Levels
• General Ledger Reconciliations
• Communicate with Business Units regarding wires to resolve issue
