Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of banking experience required, with some focus in business banking or treasury preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers concerns and resolve issues with one call or visit, often working closely with operations and commercial lending teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Open and maintain both personal and business accounts and products including all business account types, specific treasury account types, business Visa debit cards, and changing account signers.
  • Review and interpret business documentation to include operating agreements, articles of incorporation, corporate resolutions, etc.
  • Understand and accurately apply beneficial owner rules.
  • Conduct on site set-up, training, troubleshooting and maintenance of treasury products and services.
  • Take ownership of the Concierge Desk phone and email group to respond professionally and in accordance with the department's defined service level agreement (SLA). Actively monitor, update, and assign workload via the department's ticket system. Respond promptly to all client messages.
  • Effectively use resources such as core system provider, manuals, and documents to troubleshoot issues, problem solve, and increase expertise.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Business Online Banking, including troubleshooting, functionality, roles, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Provide support for lockbox services.
  • Remote Deposit Capture maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting to compare volumes for compliance and trends.
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor business sweeps.
  • Knowledge and execution of ACH including set up, Notice of Change, Notice of Returns reviews, and compliance.
  • Set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of fraud mitigation tools including Positive Pay and ACH Positive Pay.
  • Recognize opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services when appropriate by engaging Relationship Manager to ensure increased fee income.
  • Recognize when a request should be handled by the service side or, if a new client, requires the engagement of a Sales Analyst or Relationship Manager.
  • Continue to build internal relationships as a trusted point of contact for Commercial RMs, Wealth Management, and other internal business line partners.
  • Act as a 'go to' for other Treasury Services team members and have the ability to make decisions and execute independently.
