What we’re looking for: Someone responsible for marketing and selling the Bank’s Treasury management suite of products to existing and new commercial customers, as well as developing new commercial deposit relationships. Someone to serve as a point of contact for commercial relationships to ensure any deposit or treasury-related issues are addressed in a professional and responsive manner.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business or finance or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of treasury sales or equivalent work experience
  • Flexibility to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Cash Management (CCM) and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with commercial lenders, coordinating calling efforts to ensure commercial deposit accounts are gathered and treasury management products are offered to new and existing commercial loan customers.
  • Solicit, establish, and maintain new commercial banking relationships for the bank with a focus on treasury management products and deposit growth.
  • Work independently to identify existing customer needs and collaborate with relationship officers on cross-sell opportunities within designated market(s).
  • Provide assistance to level one sales staff with presentations/solutions for complex business entities when needed.
