The Treasury Services Manager plays a critical role in advancing FCCU's mission of strengthening communities by helping business members grow and thrive. This position leads the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of treasury management products and services, supporting business deposit growth and deeper member relationships. Serving as a trusted advisor to existing and prospective business clients, the Manager provides consultative guidance, technical expertise, and training to deliver tailored cash management solutions that align with each client's operational and liquidity needs. Beyond product leadership, this role is centered on collaboration, innovation, and exceptional member experience. The Treasury Services Manager partners closely with Business Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery, while proactively resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
