Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Senior Manager to lead the Balance Sheet Change Management team reporting to the Head of Balance Sheet Production in BSIRRM. This team will own solutioning for changes to models used in balance sheet/NII forecast for planning, interest rate risk management, stress testing, legal entity management, scenario analysis, etc. Wells Fargo Treasury is responsible for managing Wells Fargo's balance sheet including capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management. Treasury seeks to ensure Wells Fargo always maintains sufficient capital and liquidity resources to support growth in the Company's businesses, while also ensuring a satisfactory financial cushion exists to protect against unforeseen stresses in the economic environment or the Company's operations. Treasury also provides regulators, senior leaders, and the Board of Directors with key information to support risk management, financial performance management, and strategic planning. The Balance Sheet and Interest Rate Risk Management (BSIRRM) Group performs quantitative analysis of the balance sheet behavior and has primary responsibility to measure interest rate risk (IRR) and design corresponding risk management strategies. The group oversees IRR simulation models, provides Management with balance sheet and risk profile insights, and contributes to the generation of risk management strategies.
