About The Position

The Treasury Product and Business Banking Consultant at Citizens will support Private Bank Relationship Managers by providing comprehensive assistance in client proposals, onboarding, and ongoing support for treasury solutions. This role acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination to develop tailored financial solutions for clients' treasury management needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in treasury sales/support or similar financial services products with business banking or private bank clients.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with capability to lead effective meetings with clients and internal business partners.
• Strong level of competency with virtual meeting tools, internal systems, and ability to learn and apply new technology.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Relationship Manager on client proposals including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models.
• Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
• Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Develop and understand competitors' products and positioning within the client & market.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Treasury Solutions, coordinating with internal implementation teams to fulfill client needs.
• Master the bank's digital and treasury platforms and how they benefit the client, including Corporate Online Banking, Foreign Exchange Online, Remote Deposit Capture, and more.
• Work closely with the Product Team to identify gaps in client-facing technology.
