Requirements

1 - 2 years of experience in a retail bank or cash management operations preferred but not required
Good mathematical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong independent thinker
Good internal and external customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate good judgment, be focused, and maintain a high level of accuracy
Professional and ability to communicate effectively with bankers and with all levels within the organization
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, specifically strong Excel skills
CMMS experience - SAP a plus
Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

Execute cash management activities including the collections and disbursement of funds, borrowings from the company's working capital facilities, etc.
Plan domestic and international cash position using forecast projections
Work with Treasury Managers to ensure proper funding of inter-company loans from both domestic and international funds
Provide banking support to operations
Review and approve bank charges and fees
Analyze data to identify and interpret patterns and trends
Support Manager on various other initiatives
Managing borrowings from the Company's working capital facilities, issuance of letters of credit, insurance of commercial paper, investments, etc. and properly recording to the general ledger
