About The Position

The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for managing cash-related activities within the company, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner, and resolving any discrepancies. The role involves interaction with various internal departments, including accounting, retail operations, banking partners. POSITION RELATIONSHIPS: Reports To: Treasury Operations Manager Key Internal Relationships: Retail Operations, Superyacht Operations, IGY Operations, Administrative Staff, Team Support, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank-to-book reconciliations across multiple operating and escrow accounts; investigate and resolve variances in coordination with accounting and operations teams, with heightened focus during month-end close.
  • Support the month-end and intra-month close process by ensuring timely reconciliation of treasury activity and providing documentation to accounting and audit teams.
  • Process and record daily banking and financing activity, including retail lending transactions (e.g., boat financing), ensuring accurate posting and classification in the general ledger.
  • Reconcile and maintain many domestic and international bank accounts, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolution with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
  • Administer and monitor treasury operational controls, including payment authorization workflows, wire processing policies, and banking access governance.
  • Coordinate and execute global payment processing, including wires, ACH, and other electronic payment methods, ensuring compliance with internal policies and banking requirements.
  • Support corporate liquidity management by monitoring daily cash balances, facilitating movement of funds between operating, client/escrow, and investment accounts as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient inbound payment and remittance structures, improving cash application accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide operational support for credit card processing infrastructure across retail locations, working with payment processors, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve transaction or settlement issues.
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and documentation of treasury transactions.
  • Assist with bank relationship management, including coordination with banking partners on operational matters, account maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Support treasury system administration and payment platforms, ensuring proper configuration, user access controls, and operational continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, including automation, enhanced reporting, and adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-enabled reconciliation and workflow tools.
  • Assist with audit requests, compliance documentation, and internal control reviews related to treasury operations.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the overall effectiveness of the treasury and finance organization
