As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical frameworks and key assumptions across various Treasury functions, including ALM, FTP, Capital, and Liquidity. This role involves leading the testing and implementation of QRM modeling enhancements, overseeing Treasury data analytics, and collaborating with Information Technology to ensure stable and well-governed business as usual (BAU) model operations. You will work closely with Data Governance groups to analyze and maintain complex data mappings between the General Ledger, data warehouse, and Treasury systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. A key part of the role is managing the Data Management Repository to support all model input data requirements and playing a hands-on role in building and testing QRM model enhancements, assumption updates, and estimating impacts on key metrics like EVE, NII, and FTP. The position also requires providing oversight and coordination of changes across multiple Treasury teams (IRR, Forecast, FTP) to ensure alignment and timely implementation in the ALM system. You will operate effectively in a fast-paced BAU environment by troubleshooting data issues and managing setup or modeling-related changes within QRM. Collaboration with second-line defense teams, including Model Risk Management, is essential for oversight and governance. Additionally, you will maintain vendor relationships with QRM and supporting Treasury systems, coordinating ongoing system maintenance, model updates, and issue resolution.
