Treasury Manager
About The Position
The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations across global entities, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, credit negotiations, funding, strategic planning, FX trading, and support of treasury systems. This role supports the broader finance team and works cross-functionally to optimize cash flow, mitigate financial risk, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on treasury professional with experience in multi-entity operations and a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably in an international or multi-entity environment
- Proficiency in English; German or French is a plus
- Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and banking operations
- Experience with treasury systems (e.g., FIS, GTreasury, Kyriba, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across all subsidiaries worldwide
- Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
- Administer banking relationships and ensure proper account structures, documentation, and controls
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems (TMS)
- Support foreign exchange and interest rate exposure analysis
- Monitor DSO and DPO trends and collaborate with teams to improve working capital performance
- Ensure treasury operations comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Prepare treasury-related reports for senior finance leadership
- Coordinate with accounting, tax, and FP&A on treasury-related activities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the development of the Global Treasury Service Center
