About The Position

The Treasury Manager will be a key member of the treasury team at a Fortune 500 company, responsible for managing the company's currency exposure, capital planning, debt and liquidity management, and maintaining relationships with rating agencies. This role involves providing analytical support, monitoring capital markets, and assisting in financial evaluations related to capital and prospective transactions.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of prior experience within a large, global and publicly traded firm within treasury department

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's handling of currency exposure, strategizing capital planning, managing debt and liquidity, and maintaining rating agency connections.
• Monitor capital markets and provide executives with regular analyses and updates.
• Participate in capital market and foreign exchange operations.
• Offer analytical support including financial modelling, risk analysis, report creation, and team collaboration.
• Assist in the creation of monthly reports and spontaneous presentations for top management.
• Contribute to the financial evaluations related to the company's capital, derivatives, and prospective transactions.
• Help to maintain data integrity in the treasury system.
• Understand and assist in managing international cash flow and balance sheet FX hedging mechanisms.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and rating agencies.
