As a Treasury Management Support Specialist, you will work with internal and external customers to provide support during implementation as well as ongoing customer service and technical support for our business customers utilizing treasury management, business products and services. Day in the Life – Every day, you will serve as a key liaison between business customers, Treasury Management Sales, and internal partners, ensuring clear, timely communication on requests, implementations, and ongoing activities. You will educate and support customers on Treasury Management products and services while preparing, tracking, and administering contracts and maintaining accurate documentation. You will manage multiple priorities, respond to inbound inquiries, and support business online banking and cash management solutions including ACH, wires, lockbox, and Positive Pay. You will deliver a positive customer experience by professionally handling sensitive issues and escalations, partnering with internal teams to support resolution and continuous improvement.
