About The Position

The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational functions of the Treasury Management Department. This role will require being available for on-site work within the Isabella Bank footprint with a potential to work hybrid 2 days of the week after the training period.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field or two years similar or related work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through many delivery channels.
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other analysis tools.
  • Proficient in electronic banking products / services / devices.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience implementing Treasury Management products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up and maintain Cash Management Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, etc.
  • Provide direct customer support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries.
  • Monitor the daily operational activities of the Cash Management/Treasury Management Department.
  • Maintains diligent awareness of risks including ACH rules, payments risk, as well as user authentication best practices for online banking services.
  • Provide product and operational training and guidance to branch and commercial sales teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
  • Assist with all Treasury Management documentation.
  • Supports the Treasury Management implementation process, working collaboratively to ensure product/service implementation and client training is completed timely and to the clients' satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
