This position is responsible for reviewing corporate documents and opening commercial accounts focusing on the bank’s specialty client verticals. Facilitates the workflow associated with opening commercial deposit accounts for Specialty Treasury Management clients. The TM Specialty Support Specialist will assist clients by providing phone and email support, performing account maintenance, and researching Specialty Treasury Management client inquiries in a professional, timely, and efficient manner. Maintains working knowledge of banking rules and regulations. Understanding policies and procedures in relation to Treasury Management Support applications, Nacha Guidelines, UCC4A and other Banking Regulations governing electronic payments and Check21.
