The Treasury Management Specialty Sales Officer (“TMO”) will execute the Treasury Management Specialty Sales Strategy. The TMO is responsible for managing the specialty sales portfolio, generating new business and providing representation of the bank in the market. The TMO is responsible for developing new/enhanced business relationships with select clients nationally and within the Bank’s footprint. This position requires consultative selling to targeted niches within Treasury Management and is responsible for meeting individual annual sales goals. Responsibility includes strategizing to target and develop the deposit/treasury niches, developing and executing sales strategies to retain and fully penetrate new treasury management relationships.
