About The Position

As a Treasury Management Specialist, you play a critical role that functions much like a high-level banking call center role, but exclusively supports commercial and business clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems over the phone and email, and like being the “go-to” expert for business clients, this role will fit you well. You will spend a significant portion of your day responding to inbound calls and emails from commercial clients who rely on Treasury Management services such as ACH, wires, online banking, fraud prevention tools, and remote deposit capture — all while delivering an experience that sets ACNB Bank apart.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, commercial operations, or a related financial services role
  • Experience supporting ACH, wires, online banking platforms, or business cash management tools
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple banking systems
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in a regulated environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital banking platforms

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business and commercial clients using Treasury Management products;
  • Handle frequent inbound calls and emails related to: Business Online Banking inquiries and password resets ACH and wire origination support, including temporary limit increases Positive Pay and fraud-prevention tools Internal/external sweep accounts Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) questions and troubleshooting
  • Research and resolve account issues accurately and efficiently;
  • Process daily incoming commercial wires;
  • Monitor RDC deposit activity and review daily system reports;
  • Assist with treasury product documentation, approvals, and client setups;
  • Coordinate closely with Treasury Management Officers and Implementation staff;
  • Escalate complex questions or opportunities appropriately;
  • Maintain strict adherence to security, compliance, and risk management standards.
