About The Position
As a Citizens Bank Digital Banking and Treasury Management Specialist, you will provide support and exceptional customer service to Treasury Management customers and internal partners for products and services offered through our Digital Banking, Mobile Banking and Treasury Management platforms. This position will primarily support Treasury Management related activities and may work in partnership with a Treasury Management Officer. The Digital Banking and Treasury Management Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the department's objectives. The Digital Banking and Treasury Management Specialist possesses an advanced level of technical expertise and understanding of the benefits and value Treasury Management services provide, as well as the associated risks for the customer and the Bank.
