About The Position

The position focuses on educating existing or prospective commercial customers about Treasury Management Products and Services designed to streamline operations, improve cash flow, and reduce fraud exposure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, excellent communication skills, and dynamic networking expertise, primarily targeting Small-Mid Market size Commercial Customers with revenues between 1 million and 10 million.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of experience in Treasury Management or related roles.
  • Seven years of experience in general bank operations including electronic banking and payment systems.
  • Five years of experience working with customers in a professional environment.
  • Experience working with a variety of customers including senior bank officers.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in a sales and service environment.
  • Experience in presenting products to large business customers.
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through targeted outreach and business development calls.
  • Generate new commercial deposits each year.
  • Assist the Treasury Management Group in achieving annual fee income goals.
  • Support internal sales channels via CRM for Banking Centers, Private Banking, and Commercial Lending.
  • Expand Treasury Management Services in the New Braunfels, Boerne, and San Antonio Market.
  • Be well-versed in all Treasury Management product offerings.
  • Conduct personalized training sessions with various internal groups.
  • Be responsive to internal bank partners and customer requests.
  • Prepare and present tailored demo presentations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for implementing and modifying services.
  • Coordinate appointments with Treasury Management Implementation Specialist and Bank Servicing Officer.
  • Present training sessions for customers independently or with other officers.
  • Perform site visits and maintain related documentation.
  • Contact new and existing customers to introduce Treasury Management products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer calls via CRM.
  • Utilize bank technology to deliver customer-specific documents.
  • Assist in developing performance tracking reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate records of the TM boarding process.
  • Participate in community events related to Treasury Management Services.
  • Expedite resolutions for customer issues using critical thinking skills.
  • Serve as a customer advocate and support positive relationships.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Practice independent time management skills.
  • Travel within the Bank's geographic area as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
