About The Position

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV. This position is fully in office. The Treasury Management Sales Manager will be responsible for the treasury management sales activities of the department, including the development of new treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships, and servicing clients in the commercial, gaming, real estate, and business banking segments. The role requires functioning as a liaison with enterprise treasury management and servicing groups on organizational initiatives, demonstrating leadership, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of treasury management products, services, and industry trends. The manager will also manage and report on sales pipelines, client transactions, and revenue growth while ensuring compliance with policies and risk management practices throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of treasury management processes, products and services, sales or other directly related experience.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
  • Management experience required.
  • Considerable working knowledge of treasury management processes and services, cash management products, sales and servicing techniques.
  • Strong leadership, analysis, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage sales employees to meet organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional degree of strategic thinking and ability to drive business results.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the treasury management sales activities of the department.
  • Develop new treasury management business and expand existing business relationships.
  • Service clients in the commercial, gaming, real estate, and business banking segments.
  • Function as the liaison with enterprise treasury management and servicing groups on organizational initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Hold sales team accountable to performance plans.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of treasury management products, services, and industry trends.
  • Manage and report on sales pipelines, client transactions, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and risk management practices throughout the sales cycle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
