JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for sourcing new relationships and proactively developing new business within an identified portfolio and market territory. This position is also responsible for servicing existing clients within an identified portfolio with the goal of retaining and expanding the overall relationship through solutions- based selling of the bank's products and services.

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury Management sales required
  • Demonstrated experience in product pricing and negotiation, and ability to set competitive pricing for customers.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Develop New Treasury Management Relationships (40%)
  • Solicits, establishes, and maintains new commercial banking relationships for all SNB regions with a focus on SNB's Treasury Management suite of products.
  • Works closely with commercial lenders to ensure commercial deposits are gathered and Treasury Management products are sold to new commercial loan customers.
  • Develops a strong pipeline for new revenue growth and uses the list to maintain and grow existing relationships.
  • Provides training and continuing education to Nebraska, Iowa and Texas lenders and branch delivery associates to ensure up-to- date knowledge on products.
  • Participates in weekly sales meetings.
  • Prepares and delivers monthly activity reports.
  • Grows Existing SNB Treasury Management Relationships (40%)
  • Works with existing clients to analyze their current Treasury Management structure and pricing to offer solutions to meet their needs.
  • Actively works with lenders to remove clients on a waived status.
  • Performs key client annual reviews, which will include Treasury Management, Corporate Cards and Merchant products, pricing and operations updates.
  • Reviews Treasury Management product offerings to improve product profitability and expand services to meet clients evolving needs.
  • Market Development and Solution Awareness (20%)
  • Develops and executes a strategic market development plan to attain production goals
  • Leads strategic discovery conversations to understand customer/prospect operations and goals
  • Develops and maintains a Treasury Management sales pipeline within CRM system
  • Designs and delivers payments solutions in alignment with customer needs and goals, demonstrating fit and value
  • Maintains an advanced understanding of SNBs current and prospective solution set, and position in the marketplace
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.
