About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate (TMSA) to join their team of professionals. The TMSA will assist the Treasury Management Payments Consultants (TMPC) in revenue-generating activities and collaborate with Treasury Management Implementation to oversee the facilitation of implementing banking services for corporate customers. This role involves assisting customers with implementation documentation, identifying opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships by offering solutions, and delivering knowledgeable, accurate, and professional customer service, including handling complaints, problems, and general inquiries. The TMSA is expected to work efficiently and accurately, plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and foster collaboration with other groups. The TMSA may also accompany TMPC on customer calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in banking and/or customer service
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems with minimal guidance
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of treasury management products
  • Existing knowledge of U.S. Bank platforms

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with implementation documentation to ensure a smooth implementation of new banking services.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships by offering solutions to meet identified needs.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations while delivering customer service in a knowledgeable, accurate and professional manner with the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers in handling complaints, problems and general inquiries.
  • Work completed in a neat, efficient and accurate manner.
  • Plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Foster collaboration with other groups by building credibility and trust.
  • May accompany TMPC on customer calls.
