About The Position

The Treasury Management Sales Analyst serves as a key client-facing and internal liaison responsible for supporting fraud incident management, technical treasury solutions, and product accuracy across the sales and implementation lifecycle. This role partners closely with Treasury Management Consultants, clients, Fraud Operations, and Implementation teams to investigate fraud events; gather documentation and case details; communicate outcomes and preventive strategies; and ensure treasury products and fraud-mitigation tools are accurately configured and delivered. It also assists with technical product sales by preparing proposals, reviewing client setup and pricing details, responding to product inquiries, and participating in client discussions. Additionally, the role contributes to implementation coordination, supports process and product improvements, participates in projects as assigned, and provides backup support for client training to ensure consistent and high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Treasury Management Consultants on fraud incidents.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, sales and internal fraud operations teams.
  • Gather information, documentation, and client statements to support fraud investigations.
  • Communicate outcomes, next steps, and preventive improvements following a fraud incident.
  • Support the sales team and implementations on technical or complex products, services and solutions.
  • Assist Technical Sales Consultant (TMTC) on proposal preparation and pricing recommendations.
  • Join pre-proposal discussions with existing/potential clients in person or virtual.
  • Complete or review client setup documentation and pricing details for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Implementation/Operations on status updates.
  • Respond to clients with basic product, process, and documentation questions.
  • Participate, co-lead or lead projects as needed based on project workload, complexity, and or resource constraints.
  • Collaborate with product on client feedback, enhancement requests, and internal improvement opportunities.
  • Identify product and technical sales process inefficiencies and propose enhancements to workflows, reporting, or documentation.
  • Provide back-up support for client trainings.
  • Exhibits effective listening skills, solid problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Resolves conflicts appropriately.
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully in all interpersonal interactions.
  • Understands and adheres to policies, procedures, regulations and laws for the department and the organization to protect the assets and reputation of JFG.
