As a SA for complex corporate account relationships, they serve as the primary back-up to Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) and assist with the selling of treasury management solutions and the management of the overall sales process. The SA is responsible to ensure that optimal levels of services are made available. Assisting TMCs in revenue-generating activities and providing primary client support through direct personal contact with customers is expected.
