Job Description This position is responsible for managing a regional territory of Treasury Management and Payment Consultants, working to develop new and existing Treasury Management and Payments business. The role requires a strong ability to hire, develop, coach and hold accountable a team of high performing sales people that generate revenue by utilizing solution selling strategies. This role also requires frequent client and prospect interaction, as well as a close partnership with market/division leaders. This position will be required to use the solution selling model to grow and track the team’s existing portfolio and source new business, as well as, achieve annual sales production and revenue goals.
