Job Description This position is responsible for the acquisition, expansion and retention of new Payment business, including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products. Job duties include: Contact existing and prospective clients to provide consultative advice on the business cash conversion cycle, working capital management and internal processes to develop Payment business. In collaboration with Business Banking Relationship Managers, manage relationships with existing clients to ensure proper servicing and structure of accounts and to expand existing business. Conduct receivables and payables business operating cycle analyses for identified client and prospective client relationships. Provide consultative and insightful feedback to clients. Provide product/service recommendations to create process efficiencies and provide other business flow benefits to the client or prospect. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and serve our clients with operational excellence and accuracy. Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals and retention objectives. May assist in the structuring of new or modified Payment services and oversee the proper implementation of those services. Build relationships in the community and engage with local organizations. Identify business development opportunities as well as ways for U.S. Bank to make a difference in the communities we call home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of related experience
