About The Position
First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work. We are seeking an experienced Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting business customers with a variety of Treasury Management online banking products, ensuring timely completion of service tickets, conducting data validations, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance the customer experience. This is an in-office position.
