About The Position

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist at STCU is responsible for providing member support and product fulfillment for all Treasury Management services. This role involves managing business online banking, ACH, wire origination, positive pay, remote deposit, and future Treasury Management services. The specialist will handle inquiries, manage service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and adherence to service level agreements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of four years' experience at a financial institution with an emphasis in Treasury Management operations.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Nice To Haves

• AAP certification preferred.
• Experience with Finastra's Phoenix, nCino, and Malauzi online banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior business member support on all treasury management services through various communication channels.
• Manage implementation workflows submitted by the sales team and train business members within established SLAs.
• Assist with projects on existing and new treasury management products by partnering with Digital and Product Solutions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the technology and function of existing and future treasury management products.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of Credit Union's internal and member-facing systems.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple lines of business essential to the member experience.
