As a Treasury Management Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for commercial and small business clients seeking smarter cash management solutions. From the first conversation to full implementation, you’ll sell, support, and optimize treasury management services that improve efficiency and drive growth. You’ll work closely with business owners, internal partners, and referral sources to expand relationships, generate new revenue, and deliver exceptional service every step of the way.

Requirements

• Relationship-focused and naturally confident building business partnerships
• Sales-minded with a strong ability to identify opportunities and close business
• Experienced in banking (2+ years required) with knowledge of treasury or commercial services preferred
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• A strong communicator — both written and verbal
• Goal-driven and motivated to contribute to revenue growth
• Comfortable engaging in the community and representing the Bank at events
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of web-based and banking platforms
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented
• Confident in building new relationships
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A natural communicator — both written and verbal
• Community-minded and relationship-focused
• Tech-savvy with experience using web-based systems
• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 + years of Banking Experience
