About The Position

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist – Setups & Implementations is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding, configuration, and quality assurance of treasury products and services for commercial clients. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of setups while coordinating with internal partners and delivering a strong client experience.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in Treasury Management operations, onboarding, or commercial banking operations.
  • Experience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture setups.
  • Working knowledge of NACHA requirements.
  • Strong organizational skillset with attention to detail and ability to adhere to documented procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and client support skills with ability to simplify technical steps.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ticketing systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with treasury admin systems such as Fiserv, Q2, Salesforce or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute setups in multiple systems for all Treasury services. (Online Banking, Wires, ACH, Positive Pay ETC.)
  • Review and validate all client documentation, agreements, and prior to set-up.
  • Perform client training on all treasury services. (Online Banking, Wires, ACH, Positive Pay ETC.)
  • Perform ongoing quality control reviews to verify accuracy of setups, documentation completeness, and adherence to dual-control and compliance standards.
  • Serve as an onboarding contact for clients, communicating timelines, requirements and next steps.
  • Partner with IT/Security teams on file-based implementations including SFTP, host-to-host, encryption keys, and folder configuration.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Payment Operations to ensure accurate service requests and smooth project execution.
  • Maintain audit-ready notes and adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to procedures, forms, and workflow efficiency.
  • Track onboarding progress using internal tools and contribute to reporting on turnaround times, quality metrics, and backlog status.
  • Support internal audits, quality checks, and remediation tasks as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing Treasury projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
