As the Treasury Management Leader, you will take the reins in overseeing the strategic product development and management of our cash management services. Your mission? To lead a dynamic treasury and cash management team while driving the bank’s commercial deposit generation efforts. You’ll dive into the heart of our existing product sales and service levels, identifying enhancements that spark innovation and boost performance. By coordinating the design, development, and budgeting for new product initiatives, you’ll ensure short- and long-term profitability objectives are not just met but exceeded. Your expertise will also play a key role in supporting the corporate sales and marketing of our Retail banking services to our valued commercial customers, making a tangible impact on our growth and market share. To excel as the Treasury Management Leader, you will need a robust foundation in banking combined with a forward-thinking mindset. A Bachelor’s degree, and holding a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation will give you an edge. Your 15+ years of experience in bank operations, cash management, and commercial banking, along with prior management experience, will be invaluable as you lead your team to success. Strong organizational and planning skills, along with adaptability and flexibility, will enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll foster a motivational atmosphere while effectively delegating tasks. With a knack for presenting ideas clearly and expressing analytical conclusions accurately, you'll guide decisions that drive growth. Plus, your readiness to manage remotely and travel regularly will ensure you're always on the pulse of market trends and client needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
15+ years in bank operations, cash management and/or commercial banking experience with prior management experience.
Ability to create a motivational environment, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, planning skills, delegation skills, communication skills, presentation skills, implementation, and follow-through.
Skill in expressing written analytical conclusions with insight, accuracy, and efficiency.
Ability to effectively manage remotely.
Must be willing to travel on a regular basis.

Nice To Haves

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is considered a plus.
