About The Position

Interested applicants will participate in a paid, in-office , 10-week program that will contribute to your professional and personal growth. You will be working with industry experts who will provide you with invaluable skills to help you in your career. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior executives and other interns in daily assignments and projects, skill building workshops, networking and volunteering opportunities, and exciting team building events! The exact pay may vary based on skills, experience, training, licenses/certifications, language necessities, and location. Dime does not provide visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing degree(s) in Business, Communications, or Technology
  • Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to manage several tasks consecutively.
  • Motivated.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Technical skills with browsers, mobile applications, and social media creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in Hauppauge, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in the daily operations of the Operations, Sales, and Support teams
  • Developing a full understanding of and participating in onboarding and troubleshooting of commercial online banking and its associated products.
  • Understanding risk, compliance, and security from a Treasury Management Product perspective.
  • Reviewing teams' internal processes and assist with developing improvements to increase efficiency.
