The incumbent will work directly with Treasury Management teams (Product, Sales, Support) and Columbia Bank vendors to support technical aspects of the implementation process. They will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for products and portals to support internal and vendor teams, create and maintain workflows, technical file reconciliation, file spec training for internal team members, file set-up and testing (SFTP, CD BAI, PD BAI), integration to customer facing systems, and act as a resource to provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback and recommendations. The incumbent will assist clients and the Treasury Management teams in collaboration with other Treasury Management Implementation Specialists with consultative recommendations, positioning, and issue resolution, while also conducting implementations for Treasury Management solutions.
