About The Position

The Treasury Management Data Input Specialist is responsible for processing Treasury Management Business Online Banking requests in collaboration with Sales, Business Financial Centers, and clients. This role ensures compliance with established service level agreements and maintains a professional relationship with customers and bank associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 key and typing skills required.
• Excellent working knowledge of computers, the Internet, and Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Regulatory and Compliance knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of office equipment including copy machines, calculators, and scanners.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule while maintaining acceptable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and stay abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
• Maintain current knowledge of Treasury Management products and systems.
• Review Treasury Management applications for errors and completeness.
• Setup Online Banking for various transactions including ACH, Wires, and Remote Deposit Captures.
• Complete assigned work within designated service level agreements (SLA).
• Complete all assigned callbacks (verifications).
• Accurately track all assigned requests with appropriate status and notes.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and bank associates via email and telephone.
• Answer department calls in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
