This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity that will be based out of our Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA. Our hybrid schedule will offer 3 days in office and 2 days work from home following a successful 90 day introductory period. Core working hours are 9:00-5:30 Monday-Friday. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to commercial clients using treasury management products. This role involves addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of services such as ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, liquidity management, and other treasury management solutions. This role requires strong expertise in cash management, a track record of successfully resolving customer issues. The specialist plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and offering product guidance.
