Who you are: As a Treasury Management Customer Service Representative, you are our customers' first line of support in addressing any technical support regarding our Treasury Management Services. You'll answer inbound and outbound calls, identify the issues, and partner with other lines of business to fulfill each request. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

Requirements

  • Required Availability: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • 1 year experience in customer service and/or banking or 30 college credit hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ability to work with multiple systems with each customer interaction
  • Must meet training standards

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree
  • 1 year Call Center experience
  • Treasury Management knowledge
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Use of multiple computer systems to gather information, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer questions and/or technical issues with regard to all Treasury Management Products
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal support areas including team members, leaders, and Product Managers
  • Deliver updates to all involved parties including customers on unresolved issues
  • Offer a back-up plan while escalated issue is being reviewed/resolved
  • Ensure any assigned daily customer set-ups and maintenance are complete and accurate
  • Install Remote Capture Software to PC's purchased by Commercial Customers to utilize Treasury Management Products
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
