Responsible for the complex implementation/onboarding of all Treasury Management products and services. Coordinates and provides training to members on how to effectively utilize Treasury Management products in accordance with their business needs. Serves as subject matter expert on Treasury Management products and services. Ensures implementation and servicing queue workflows have workload parity across the team and that quality service level agreements are met. Reviews documentation for implementing new products and services and/or maintenance request ensuring documentation is complete, recorded and imaged according to established guidelines. Provides clients with new products and services documentation such as tokens, guides and other implementation information. Assumes ownership of problem resolution throughout all Treasury Management implementations, including identifying issues, resolving them, and following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Supports Treasury Management Sales Team in identifying client needs and recommending additional products or services. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
