  • Minimum 5+ years banking experience with strong background in Treasury Management, commercial operations, electronic banking/payments operations and/or client service.
  • Strong technical acumen with various PCs, browsers, MS Office Suite and various ERP and accounting software and web-based products.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding Customer Experience to Salem Five customers and prospects.
  • Demonstrates a high level of proficiency with Salem Five’s digital technology offerings.
  • Responsible for quality control/completion of all product set up forms and contracts
  • Completes all Treasury Management product set-ups/QC within applicable systems, ensuring that information is accurate, complete and processed timely
  • Coordinates client set-ups and onboarding experience, communicating credentialing information, next steps, and go-live dates
  • Ensures that all pricing and any exception requests are complete and accurate; validates DNA and WAA for purposes of passing pricing information are complete and accurate
  • Monitors daily files, connections and applicable systems integrations
  • As needed, provides client support to Treasury Management and small business payments customers to fulfill needs and solve problems related to various TM products & services, deposit accounts and general requests
  • As needed, trains new Treasury Management and small business payments clients
  • Assigns and maintains secure master listing of wire PINs
  • Must possess strong technical acumen to include proficiency utilizing desktop applications such as MS Office suite of products and internet-based applications and browsers; ability to review and work with customers/their vendors to create and validate that files perform as expected
  • Embraces new and emerging technologies to support operations and customers through flexibility and the ability to learn and adapt to change. Staying up to date on new fraud threats, cyber trends, etc.
  • Prepares and organizes various reports as requested
  • Regularly assists with various projects and product rollouts to include new product implementations and systems testing, UI/UX upgrades, customer migrations, etc.
  • Recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities to appropriate business partners.
  • Provide back-up to Product Management with daily tasks as needed.
  • Work effectively with other areas of the bank.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and co-workers.
  • Demonstrates compliance with banking business laws and regulations as defined in company policies and procedures pertinent to the position.
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position.
