Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treasury Management Administrator, to join our team in West Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will support the calling efforts and development of new commercial relationships that utilize Treasury Management products and services. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to support local businesses and stimulate economic growth in the communities we serve.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Treasury Management, with a minimum of 5 years of prior banking or financial industry experience. Knowledge of sales principles to effectively market treasury management services and an understanding of banking products and services.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Knowledge of banking platforms, financial regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Assist with relationship reviews and profitability analysis for Treasury Management clients. Cross sell and promote TM services to existing and prospective clients. Work closely with Retail Staff, Commercial Bankers and VP Treasury Management.
• Implementation & Support: Provide continuous client support for new and existing Treasury Management clients through the onboarding and training process of new TM Services. Assists in the preparation of proposals and RFPs for prospective or existing clients.
• Process Improvement: Recognize and recommend opportunities to improve processes and procedures to streamline sales activities and enhance client experience. Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Assist with completion of risk-based exposure limit reviews and monitoring of appropriate exposure limits for TM Clients.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned in alignment with the Bank’s mission, vision, and core values.
