About The Position

If so, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBank) invites you to apply for our 2026 Summer Internship Program! We’re looking for well-rounded, motivated students to join us for a 10-week paid internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build your professional network, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic business environment. What You’ll Experience As a Treasury Intern at FHLBank, you’ll: Perform daily rate calculations and reporting Conduct second-level approval of collateral submissions Prepare and analyze the net swap exposure report Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests as needed Complete the annual member deposit analysis Assist with the liquidity buffer review process Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams Contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study Gain exposure to the finance and banking industry Participate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!) Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking students who: Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies. Graduate students are encouraged to apply! Are majoring in Finance, Economics, and/or Mathematics Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally Work well independently and in team settings Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to solve problems Program Highlights 10-week paid internship: Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7 Flexible hybrid workforce model: Onsite three days a week and two days remote. Requirements
