Requirements

  • Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Must graduate December 2026 or later.
  • Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)
  • Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.
  • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to shares thoughts/ opinions with the Treasury team.
  • Data manipulation and analysis experience using Excel (Intermediate Proficiency).
  • Data Analytic skills and/or Data Visualization experience are a plus.
  • Leadership experience: volunteer, clubs, team sports, extra-curricular activities, special projects, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial models to assess optimal debt to equity capitalization across major business entities and develop actionable recommendations to improve capital structure.
  • Support the renewal of the corporate credit facility by analyzing banking partners’ share of wallet, profitability, and relationship value to guide strategic tiering and negotiations.
  • Conduct contribution, scenario, and supporting financial analyses to inform capital allocation, financing structure decisions, and banking partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Treasury leadership, internal finance teams, and external banking partners to gather data, validate assumptions, and support execution of treasury transactions.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to management, strengthening communication and influencing skills.
