The centralized treasury department ensures optimal investing, financing and appropriate liquidity of the Group and its affiliates. It is responsible for managing the financial assets and liabilities for the entire Roche Group. Within the treasury department, the US Funds Management team, located in Little Falls, NJ, manages the investment, financing and accounting of all benefit and compensation plans across the US. The Treasury Finance Manager within the Treasury Organization plays a critical role in the accounting, financing, investment management and operational oversight of Roche's $18B+ US Benefit Trusts/Plans including Roche's Defined Contribution Plan, Defined Benefit Plan, multiple Health & Welfare Plans, and a Corporate-owned life and Trust-Owned insurance plan (COLI and TOLI).
