About The Position
This position's overall purpose is to provide financial support for the IEEE Concentration Banking Program and financial operations support to the Financial Services department. The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for providing support services for the IEEE Concentration Banking Program by delivering outstanding customer service to IEEE Volunteers by researching and responding to questions and inquiries regarding opening accounts, processes, and procedures related to the Program. The role typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, Treasury Operations, and manages 0 direct reports. This position works under general supervision and can make most decisions based on their best judgment, experience, and established procedures and policies.
