About The Position

A great opportunity to be part of Treasury Team from ground up. The Recover
Funds Specialist will research Chargeback ACH returned and Early Pay
transactions. This includes verifying Returned items then follow up with the
clients and internal teams in an effective and timely manner. Your ability to
follow up with the clients and internal teams will strengthen the process of
mitigating the Company funding and payment exposures. The selected candidate
will report Treasury Exposure Analyst Team Lead with the daily tasks along with
continuing to improve process efficiency. This position provides an excellent
opportunity to gain experience in treasury and banking.

Requirements

• Attention to detail, specifically working to maintain top accuracy and timeliness metrics
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Great attitude and a willingness to learn in-house software
• Proficiency in Google Suites, Gmail, and Excel. Remote connections, Zoom/Google Meets
• Quick learner and ability to manage stressful situations
• Ability to solve problems and research information
• 2+ years working in an office environment and/or working directly with clients
• Proficient knowledge of Excel
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Synergy or Single-Family funding processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and research outstanding Chargeback ACH Returned transactions
• Ability to solve Communicate with client and internal teams to resolve Chargeback items
• Gather and update client’s information
• Research and resolve Outstanding Early Pay items
• Communicate with clients on Early Pays request that have not funded
• Assist Team Lead building the Treasury Exposure framework to monitor Conservice exposure with key metrics
• Update and maintain documentation and reports
• Work cross-functionally within Treasury
• Projects and other duties as needed by Treasury
