We invest across the credit spectrum and in credit-related strategies, including leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, structured products, private middle market loans, bespoke capital solutions, distressed securities and assets, non-performing loans, hard assets, and equities. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
• Dedicated team player with strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
• Proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of collateral and maintaining appropriate collateral levels with counterparties.
• Maintenance of collateral and counterparty data in relevant systems.
• Prepare wire transfers and submit for approval.
• Assisting with requests from our audit partners.
• Trade booking and reconciliation maintenance when needed
• Delivery of monthly reporting to trade counterparties
• Process invoices into a proprietary expense allocation system and prepare for payment.
• Assistance with preparation of quarterly expense reimbursements.
