About The Position

The Treasury Management Client Services Associate will serve as a key liaison, providing exceptional client service and operational support across the Treasury Management and Private Banking divisions. This role requires a high degree of organizational skills, analytical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Treasury Management support role.
  • Experience serving affluent customers.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service levels that go well beyond client expectations.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sales and business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel; ability to learn and navigate bank systems and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a superior level of customer service to clients via phone, email and support ticket systems.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to treasury management services, deposit accounts and other bank products.
  • Coordinate client service and product delivery across various Peapack Private Bank & Trust lines of business.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and facilitate referrals to appropriate departments (Wealth, Commercial/Consumer Loan, Retail, etc.).
  • Prepare and orchestrate Treasury client onboarding, including documents for accounts, treasury management services and other accounts.
  • Manage BankSight platform: data maintenance, pipeline reporting, and other reporting.
  • Prepare pitch books, market research materials, and Requests for Proposals.
  • Research industries and analyze historical trends, strategic priorities, peer comparisons, and other key metrics.
  • Attend meetings to facilitate client onboarding and servicing.
  • Proactively recognize client needs and provide thoughtful solutions while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail in all deliverables.
