About The Position

The Treasury Analyst will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for managing cash flow, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong financial accounting skills and a solid understanding of financial services to support effective decision-making within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial accounting or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with Quicken or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective financial report writing and interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of wills, trusts, estate law is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough account analysis to monitor cash positions and forecast future cash requirements.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports to provide insights into the organization's financial status.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection and accurate reporting.
• Utilize Quicken and Excel for financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and strategies.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on relevant laws including wills, trusts, and estate law as it pertains to treasury functions.
