About The Position
TelevisaUnivision is seeking a talented Treasury Analyst based in Teaneck, NJ, with a strong emphasis on bank administration and cash management. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who is a self-starter and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing online banking systems, including CashPro, Banco Popular, and JPM Access, ensuring efficient cash management and bank administration. The individual will initiate and approve ACH and wire transfers, reconcile monthly bank activity, and manage relationships with key banking partners. In addition to these responsibilities, the Treasury Analyst will organize and maintain corporate and subsidiary bank documents and records, coordinate account openings and closings, and manage signature cards as needed. The role also involves coordinating and validating debt interest payments and accruals, assisting in managing the company's accounts receivable and bank revolvers, and overseeing letters of credit. The Treasury Analyst must maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, articulating and enforcing them as required. The position requires effective communication skills, both oral and written, to resolve issues with all levels of business stakeholders. The Treasury Analyst will also be expected to assist with other treasury tasks and special projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the treasury function within the organization.
